Shannon Locke recently participated in the 2022 Congressional Art Competition. Ceremonies were held December 4th at the SFA Cole Art Center and hosted by U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert. Shannon entered a watercolor titled, “Memories of Sandstone.” Way to go Shannon!
