At the November 13th school board meeting, the Martinsville ISD School Board voted unanimously to name Mr. Will Cauthen as the Lone Finalist to become the next superintendent of Martinsville ISD. By law, there must be a 21 day waiting period before finalizing Mr. Cauthen's contract at the December school board meeting. Mr. Cauthen has 18 years of experience in the educational field. We had so much fun at the JH basketball games last night! The half court shot was a success, thanks to Jody Brown supporting our Martinsville community, and our varsity cheerleaders! Trey Williams almost made the shot, but will have more times to try during high school basketball season! Thanks to everyone who bought tickets!
