Dress Code Changes 2022-2023 The following rules are for all students (ladies and gentlemen) Dress Code: 1) All garments can be no higher than 2” (approx. 3 finger widths) above the knee this includes dresses, skirts, or shorts. 2) Also, jeans can have no holes that show skin higher than 2” above the knee. 3) Snug fitting swimming shorts are not allowed. 4) Yoga pants, jeggings, tights, spandex, biker shorts, elastic form fitting bottoms may only be worn as an undergarment under a primary garment that complies with rule 1. (Example: A dress with leggings underneath) Exception PreK - 4th where shorts can be fingertip length Students will not be allowed to return to class until the dress code discrepancy is fixed. *Complete dress code is in the Student Hand book*

TEA Update for STAAR score release grades 3-8
Your student's STAAR paper report card will be mailed out on June 23, 2022. The Unique Student Access Code will be on the front page of the report card. Visit TexasAssessment.gov to access STAAR scores, learning tools, and other valuable resources. Four Steps: 1. Find the unique access code on your child’s paper STAAR report card. 2. Visit TexasAssessment.gov and enter the access code and your child’s date of birth. 3. Review your child’s STAAR results and the personalized resources to support learning at home. 4. At the beginning of the school year, discuss the test results with your child’s teacher and work together to support your child’s learning. 2022-2023 School Supply List Update
Ryder Dillard and Jax McNutt competed at Texas Junior High Rodeo finals. Ryder and his partner Landree Hamilton placed 8th in the 1st round out of 95 teams. Jax finished the 2nd round placing 4th. Only top 15 get to go to the finals. Both boys landed in the top and are headed to the final round tomorrow morning hoping to gain a spot in top 4 and advance to nationals. #PirateNationTX
